YumeGraphix offers original anime-inspired artwork, digital prints, apparel, and accessories. All products are either handmade, custom-designed, or printed in small batches for quality and uniqueness.

 

 

 

2. Ordering & Payment

 

 

• All prices are listed in USD.

• We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure processors.

• Full payment is required at checkout before any order is processed.

 

 

 

 

3. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

• Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before shipping.

• Custom and made-to-order items may take longer.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

 

 

 

4. Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the custom nature of many of our items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a return or exchange:

 

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• Provide photos of the issue if applicable.

• If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

 

 

Note: Digital downloads and custom-made designs are non-refundable.
