At YumeGraphix, we take pride in the quality and creativity of our products. Because many of our items are made to order or digitally delivered, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our creative process.

 

 

 

All Sales Are Final

 

 

Due to the custom and limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

 

 

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. We will replace the item or issue store credit after reviewing your claim.

 

To request a replacement or store credit:

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

 

 

 

 

Digital Products

 

 

All digital downloads and printables are non-refundable. Once a digital product is delivered, the purchase is considered final.

 

 

 

Custom Orders

 

 

Custom-made products (including custom posters, apparel, or accessories) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.

 

 

 

Late or Missing Packages

 

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or issues caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.
